Answers

1. What all costs are covered for the participants?

Food and accommodation will be provided for three days from 28th Dec to 30th Dec. Food will include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. As far as accommodation is concerned, foreign delegates and females will be housed in hostel rooms and the rest of the participants will be put up in a dormitory set up in a basement.

2. Are travelling costs covered for the participants?

Since accommodation is provided on the IIM Bangalore campus itself which is the venue for the seminar, no travelling is involved. Participants need to take care of travel expenses from Bangalore airport to the IIM Bangalore campus and vice-versa.

3.I need to come one day in advance, i.e. on 27th Dec. Will accommodation be provided for 27th night?

Accommodation for 27th night is possible with prior approval. Such requirement needs to be conveyed to the Logistics head beforehand. However, participants need to take care of food themselves before 28th Dec and after 30h Dec.

4. Can I get accommodation beyond 30th Dec?

No.

5. Is there any dress code for the seminar?

Although we do not expect the participants to wear business suits, they should carry at-least two sets of formal clothes.

6. What kind of food will be provided during the seminar? Can any special requests for food accommodated?

South Indian, North Indian and Chinese food will be provided (one type on each day). No special requests for food can be taken.
