WELCOME

Covid-19 has shut down most of the universities around the world. The job market is likely to remain challenging in the coming months even if the pandemic has a quick resolution. Hence it is important for the world-wide student community to boost their corporate skills. To aid them in this, we have decided to open an extract of the Strategy Consulting Training from the ShARE Leadership programme of Excellence for free. This program is being exclusively offered to 1000+ ShARE students across the top universities of the world over the past 2 years.

  • There is no selection - The training is offered to all the university students across the world
  • Delivered through e-modules and webinars -You will have access to 6 sets of on-line training, essential in strategy consulting and we will take you through the ShARE concept of Do Well Do Good. In addition, we will organise 4 webinars with our consultants and experts to offer an opportunity to recap the concept and ask questions. The webinar capacity is limited to 800 students.
  • It is limited in time - The e-module will be open and the webinars  organised from 6th to 17th April.

Before sharing the training on strategy consulting, we will explain to you the concept of Do Well Do Good ("doing well for yourself and doing good for the society are compatible"). Includes a survey.

We will share the concept and the methodology that top consulting firms use to break down problems.

3. SLIDE MAKING

We will share the concept and the methodology that top consulting firms use to make slides. It takes a lot of time and thinking to make great slides. This is only an introduction of what good consulting slides should look like.

4. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Effective communication is critical to deliver recommendations to a client.

5. LEADERSHIP JOURNEY


Before you lead your team or engage your stakeholders, you need to know who you are, what made you and what drives you.

6. STRATEGY


You will be introduced to the famous BCG matrix and what a company should do in a competitive environment.
Online training, 30 minute, done by the former CEO of a $10bn company
