LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME OF EXCELLENCE FOR CHINA
Context
ShARE offers a free leadership program to top universities'students across the world to supplement their academic curriculum, and offer to our international clients a new way to do consulting, and access top talent. Our aim is to grow future leaders who will Do Well Do Good: bright students, very hard-working, willing to do well for themselves and for the society.
Covid-19 has shut down most of the universities in China. The job market is likely to remain challenging in the coming months even if the pandemic has a quick resolution. Hence it is important for the student community to boost their corporate skills.
To aid you in this, we are offering you the opportunity to join the the ShARE Leadership programme of Excellence to complement your academic curriculum.
Overview
The first module is a 6 weeks programme.
A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BOOST YOUR CORPORATE SKILLS
- The learning path to top management consulting skills Access to online modules and webinars to learn the basis of strategy consulting methods. Trainings are delivered by ex-McKinsey, BCG, and Bain Consultants
- ShARE China Strategy Trophy - Students involved in the programme will have the opportunity to take part to the ShARE Strategy Trophy, alone or in groups of 2 or 3. ShARE Strategy Trophy is a business case competition bringing together Chinese students from top university. Students will work on a business case during 4 weeks. The competition is guided and students will need to submit their final presentations. Selected students will present their cases to ShARE executives.
- A flexible learning experience The ShARE program is made of three 6-weeks modules, and students can register to the modules on a flexible basis. First session of Module 1 is starting mid-May
- There is no cost - The programme is free
- Students from top 15 Chinese universities - All Chinese students from to 15 Chinese universities can join the first module (6 weeks). However, only students who complete Module 1 will become official ShARE members and allowed to follow Module 2 and 3.
Applications are open now until 15th of May 2020.

1. PROBLEM SOLVING
We will share the concept and the methodology that top consulting firms use to break down problems.
Online training, ~30 minute + 2 hours WEBINAR with former Associate Partner at McKinsey
2. SLIDE MAKING
We will share the concept and the methodology that top consulting firms use to make slides. It takes a lot of time and thinking to make great slides. This is only an introduction of what good consulting slides should look like.

3. LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
Before you lead your team or engage your stakeholders, you need to know who you are, what made you and what drives you.
2 hours WEBINAR with former coach at Harvard Business School
4. DO WELL DO GOOD
We will explain to you the concept of Do Well Do Good ("doing well for yourself and doing good for the society are compatible"). 1 hour WEBINAR with founder of ShARE
