Instructions
The test lasts one hour and it has 4 parts. There is a link to the test form at the end of this webpage. Each part of the test carries a different weight in (%). We recommend you to keep two windows open - this webpage and the test form.
Part 1 - Why ShARE ? - prepare a small paragraph on why you want to join ShARE. (20% weight) max. time suggested for this section 5min
Part 2 - Analytical test - no preparation required, just speed (20% weight) max. time suggested for this section 30min
Part 3 - Do Well Do Good - you will have to upload your 1 min video and do a case on Do Well Do Good. (40% weight) max. time suggested for this section 10min
Part 4 - Corporate skills- watch the videos below and answer the questions in the test form (20% weight) max time suggested for this section 15min
If you are selected you will be invited for a second round interview with a senior ShARE staff.
PART 3 materials - "Do well do good"
Spend 5 min reading the essay from the ShARE founder on how the Do well do good concept is applied to corporates. A case will be given to you in the test form, that would require you to understand the concept as well as the 8 criteria mentioned in the essay.

Strategy
This is an extract of a course on Strategy in the ShARE programme. It was developed by Xavier Fontanet, a former CEO of Essilor - a $10bn company. It is fascinating to hear the concept of the BCG matrix from someone who applied it in business for 30 years. Xavier Fontanet was also one of the first 50 consultants at BCG hired by Bruce Henderson - founder of BCG.
