Case-1: A soda company
Context: A cold soda is always a pleasure when it is hot! But at the same time, in some countries, it created an addiction where people can't live a day without drinking a soda - leading to major health issues. Many of the ads of soda companies show very happy and healthy people, and are displayed in global sports competitions . Some have managed to create amazing brand but their products are still harming people
Questions: If you are the CEO of such company and want to transform it into a "do well do good" company
1. PRODUCT: How will you change the product features of your SODA ?
2. PROMOTION: How will you chance the ads and the brand you will associate to it ?
3. PLACE: How will you sell your products ? Still in large packs in supermarket ? Through fast food chain ?

Case-2: Social media
Context: Youngsters spend about 2-3 hours per day on social media. It is a great tool to stay connected with friends, share views and ideas, and promote yourself. At the same time, it can create an addiction, where people spend a lot of time on the feed which actually doesn't add much value to them. A survey done with our ShARE students in India shows that an average student will spend 2 hours per day on their favourite social media out of which maybe 20-30mn was actually useful.
Questions: If you are the CEO of such company and want to transform it into a "do well do good" company
1. PRODUCT: How will you change the product features to make it less addictive and more meaningful? (eg feed, notification,...)
2. PRICE: Most social networks are free. It is paid through ads that require you to be online as much as possible. Will you keep the service free?
