ShARE members are typically bright students, willing to go the extra mile and passionated about world economic and business issues. RECRUITMENT
Every ShARE member is recruited through a strict selection process. The main motivation for a student to join ShARE is - "The desire to enhance and share his/her knowledge on economic and business issues." Our recruitment process rules out those students who are seeking to reap benefits from our network or our contacts, or searching for a reference to add to their CVs.
TRAINING
Training is a critical component of a member's ShARE career. To make the think tank work and enable our members to share robust insights across the globe, ShARE uses a common language and methodology. A member of ShARE will have received more than 15 training sessions during his/her journey in ShARE.
The training sessions are compulsory and ShARE members have to take tests at the end of each session to verify that the new skills have been adequately assimilated. If a member fails a test twice, she/he can't move to the next career level. Training is delivered online through our member access.
The training modules include technical aspect such as powerpoint or excel, consulting toolkit such a story-lining, structure thinking and problem solving. It also includes presentation and communication skills and project management training.
